He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Celaya and Margarita Celaya; his wife Olivia Celaya; and his siblings, Ramon Celaya, Gonzalo Celaya, Camilo Celaya, Petra Celaya and Canuta Dominguez.
He is survived by: his son Roy Celaya (Linda) of Midland; his siblings, Nasario Celaya, Chon Celaya, Lucy Scott, Margaret Celaya and Lupe Gonzales; and his granddaughters, Samantha Celaya and Katie Celaya.
