He is survived by: his wife Maria Hernandez Ureste; his siblings, Pedro Hernandez, Jose Hernandez, Manuel Hernandez, Alberto Hernandez, Domingo Hernandez, Javier Hernandez, Luis Hernandez and Elvira Hernandez; and his children, Hernan Hernandez, Flora Hernandez (Pedro Pacheco), Tranquilino (Gloria Hernandez), Hilda (Jaime Vasquez), Sara Hernandez, Domingo Hernandez, Jesus (Noemi Hernandez), Luis Hernandez, Manuel (Minerva Hernandez), Elodia Hernandez (Jorge Bernal) and Dominique Hernandez.
