He is survived by: his wife Lula Mae Hughes Cartwright; his children, Kenneth Cartwright (Christine) of Kermit, Robert Lee Cartwright (Kristine) of Syracuse, Kansas, Patsy Ann Cartwright and Sarah Jane Cartwright of Fort Stockton, Texas; and his brother Roy Lee Cartwright. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
