He is survived by: his wife Enedina Leyva; and his children, Manuela Armendariz (Crisoforo), Lucila Leyva, Veronica Arzate (Ramiro), Maria Magdalena Gomez (Joel), Reyes Leyva (Norma), Aniceto Leyva (Elodia), Francisco Leyva and Carlos Leyva (Bony). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
