He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Martinez and Juanita Flores; and his brother Ramon Martinez. He is survived by: his wife Elidia Gonzales; his stepsons, Frank Ramirez (Ceci) and Fred Ramirez (Lupe); his daughters, Rosemary Romo (Tom), Maricela Luevano (Frank) and Ana Martinez; his stepdaughters, Elisa Ramirez and Emma Ramirez; and his siblings, Julian, Urbano, Domingo, David, Joe Angel, Belia and Rosita Martinez. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
