He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kevin Duncan of Fort Stockton and Karla Mitchell (Robert) of Midland, Texas; his daughter-in-law Mellyssa Duncan of Fort Stockton; his sister Sylvia Carl; his grandchildren, Drew Mitchell, Kaitlin Allain, Alyssa Duncan and Joshua Duncan; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Allain, Kaylie Mitchell and Ryan Mitchell. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
