He is survived by: his parents, Charles Henry Cartwright Sr. and Ada Lee Wilkerson; his wife Norma Cartwright; and his siblings, Chris Wilkerson of Monahans, Elroy Wilkerson (Myra) of Wickett, Charles H. Cartwright Jr. of Wickett, Texas and Janice Wilkerson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, loved ones, and friends.
