He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Ramirez and Grace Ramirez; his daughter Brittany Cartwright; and his brother Eddie Ramirez. He is survived by: his siblings, Benny Ramirez (Kathy) of Lamar Colorado, Michael Ramirez of Corpus Christi, Rita Montoya (Jose) of Fort Stockton and Ramona Martinez of Fort Stockton; and his grandchildren, Deandric, Darien Maus and Caylee Cartwright. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
