He is survived by: his wife Mauricia Gonzales of Fort Stockton; his children, Ruben Gonzales, Sylvia Alvarado (Jesse) of Alvin and Sam (Rose) of Avondale, Arizona.; his grandchildren, Jesika Rojo (Raul) of Newcastle, OK, Marc Alvarado of Alvin and Joshua Lopez (Michelle) of Surprise, Arizona.; his great grandchildren, Nyssa Alvarado-Sanchez, Evan Rojo, Kevan Rojo and Emery Rojo; and his pets, Joe, Molly, Changa and Sebastian.
