He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dulak and Frances Dulak; and his brother Eugene Dulak. He is survived by: his children, Jerry and Laura; and his siblings, Frank, Francis Baker, Evelyn Calwson and Helen Gandie. He is also survived by 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
