He is survived by: his parents, Lucille Crippen Cantrell and Clyde Cantrell; his sister Vera Jane Koehn; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Jane Lawrence, Benjamin Graham Blair, Samuel Braniff Blair, Matthew Charles Blair, Mallory Dane Cantrell and William Jackson Cantrell. He is also survived by sons and daughters.
