He is survived by: his spouse Carla Pinson Justice; his parent David Garlon Justice; and his siblings, Hannah Wheeler of New Bern, NC, Jonathan Justice of Fort Hood, TX, Sheila Crowder and William Crowder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
