He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Legarretta and Monica Legarretta; and his siblings, Carmen Jiménez, Mariano, Ismael (Duro) and Israel Legarretta (Ralo).
He is survived by: his wife Rosa G. Legarreta; his children, Yvette L. Herrera, Tessie Ann L. Ramirez, Samuel J. Legarreta (Angie) and Ezequiel Legarreta (Olivia); and his brother Daniel Legarretta. He is also survived by his family, friends.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at the Santa Teresa Catholic Church (1042 N Knox St, Fort Hancock, TX 79839).
