He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Hartnett and Consuelo Hartnett; and his brother Roy Hartnett. He is survived by: his wife Elidia Hartnett; his children, Juan Robert "Duke" Hartnett (Donel), Lisa M. Hartnett, Ramon "Hammer" Hartnett (Velvet) and Erica L. Hartnett (Johnny Najera); his grandchildren, Marcus A. Hartnett (Kari), Isabel Najera and Mia Najera; his great grandchildren, Emmitt Hartnett and Emersyn Hartnett; and his brother Frank Hartnett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (800 State St, Fort Davis, TX 79734). A rosary was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery.
