He was predeceased by: his parents, Pompey Rhea and Tina Rhea (Rumsey). He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Rhea (Runyan); his daughter Judith Rhea; his siblings-in-law, Janice Rhea, Leon "Pat" Fowler and Sondra Fowler; his nephews, Dean Rhea (Rhonda) and Brian Rhea; and his niece Tena Seymore. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
