He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Owen and Fannie Naomi Waters. He is survived by: his daughter Tanya Lea Waters; his granddaughter Savannah Lea Waters; his stepchildren, Maribel Webber, Frank Baca and Mark Baca; and also Maria Waters. He is also survived by father, grandfather.
