It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lelia P. Arriaga of Fort Bliss, Texas, who passed away on May 6, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Inez Perez and Panfilo Perez; her siblings, Armando Perez and Delia Licon; her husband Arturo Arriaga; her children, Estella Padilla (Daniel Padilla), Arturo Fernando Arriaga (Martina Arriaga), Daniel Arriaga (Kathleen Chacon) and Sylvia Monzon (Rodolfo Monzon); her grandchildren, Eileen Padilla, Fernando Jr. Arriaga, Mark Arriaga, Gabriel Monzon and Michael Monzon; her great grandchildren, Logan Arriaga and Lailani Arriaga; and her brother Alfredo Perez.
