She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin C. Dugan and Helen Dugan (Fabing); her husband Thomas R. McAllister; and her siblings, Martin C. Dugan, Jr. and Sally Dugan.

She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Sumner (Robert), Diane Melvin (Chris) and Susan McAllister-Weidenbach (Lee); her grandchildren, Jessica Sumner of Cleveland, Lindsay Mullen (Brandon) of Colorado Springs, CO, Tim Melvin (Tasia) of Dallas, GA, Matthew Melvin (Jen) and Claudia McAllister-Peterson of Indianapolis, IN; her great grandchild Ezra Burk of Versailles; her sister Margaret Jean Gray; and her sisters-in-law, Bridie Carr of Boston, MA and Janet Dugan of Dayton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
