She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jim Bradford, George Seaman and Janet Freitas; and her cousin Samantha Hennard. She is survived by: her children, Andrew Ortega, Gabrielle Azevedo, Remington Azevedo, Wooten and Waylon Uzzel; her mother Marie Hennard; her grandmother Linda Bradford; her siblings, Laurin Holley, Lauren Newman, Jessica Sivley, Dylan Seaman, Dakota Colvin and Auntie Tamra Colvin; her uncle Lee Hennard; her close friend Bubba Thompson; and her aunts, Doris and Dee. She is also survived by many other great aunts, uncles, relatives and friends.
