He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelly and Willie Louise Roberts Holt; his son Kenneth Dale Holt; and his granddaughter Cori Holt. He is survived by: his wife Mary Holt of Forney; his son David Michael Holt (Dianna) of Midlothian; his grandchildren, Chris Holt of Midlothian and Emily Salinas (Chris) of San Antonio; his great grandchildren, James Dale Holt, Abigail Holt, Salem Salinas and Caiman Salinas; and his children, Treva Franklin (Tony) of Sunnyvale and Randy Etheridge of Canton. He is also survived by five siblings.
