He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Edward and Marjie Rose Belzer (Seelye); his brothers, Norman, Gordon and Vern; his daughter Diane Swindell; his granddaughter Jenny (Thomas Holland); and his great grandchild Wesley Lexa.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Weinberger; his children, Dayle (Norma) of Mesquite, Doug (Cindy) of Whitehouse, Danelle Tew (Vernon) of Mesquite and Donita Willis (Chip) of Kaufman; his son-in-law Mike Swindell of Rockwall; his siblings, David (Carol) of Arizona City, Arizona, Chuck (Kay) of Amenia, Bob (Flora) of Cascade, Idaho and Karen Mangum of Nampa, Idaho; and his sister-in-law Shirley Belzer of Sherwood, Oregon. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
