He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Richard; his sister Lisa Marie Deibert; his stepfather Wiley Perry; and his stepbrother William Perry. He is survived by: his mother Helen Josephine Stegeman Deibert; his wife Ouida Jean Deibert; his children, Elizabeth Eubanks (Bobby), Andrew Christopher Richard Deibert (Calleen), Brittney Pryor (Bradley) and Brandee Deibert; his siblings, Duane Deibert (Penny), Joleen Deibert Yeager (Evan) and Kevin Deibert (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Arden, Courtland, Cyhler, Brody, Koltyn, Madisyn and Mayci. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or the Lela Stegeman Scholarship for Colby Community College.
