With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rena McConnell of Forney, Texas, born in Kaufman, Texas, who passed away on February 17, 2022 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rena McConnell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Josie Baker and Charles Baker; her husband James Maurice McConnell; her siblings, Eva Jo Walters and Charles Baker; and her grandson Rusty Dobbs.

She is survived by: her son Jim McConnell (Becky); her grandchildren, Jeff and Brandy Dobbs; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jayci and Emily Dobbs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her many friends.

In lieu of flowers, Rena's family is strongly suggesting memorials be made to Morrow Chapel Cemetery Association, PO Box 430, Kaufman, TX, 75142.
