It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Arleen Bilger of Forney, Texas, who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cicero Kelly and Mamie Lousie Dollar; and her husband Charles Vernon Bilger. She is survived by: her sisters, Janet Carol Vance (Danny Vance) and Debra Jean Parsons (Doug Parsons); her children, Susan Diana Rowley (Denton Rowley), Michael (Jennifer) and Mark; her grandchildren, Vivian Sanders, Nathaniel Sanders, Maestro Sanders, Jami Sanders, Ashley Sanders, Steven Rowley and Matthew Rowley; and her great grandchildren, Conor Olson, Lucas Olson, Everett Sanders, Freya Sanders, Asher Sanders, Warrick Lewis, Jocelyn Lewis, Elisa Lewis, Stanley Rowley, Kimber Rowley and Buckley Rowley.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Hill Cemetery (1304 W Lamar St, Sherman, TX 75092). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the First United Methodist Church (300 N Galloway Ave, Mesquite, TX 75149).
