He is survived by: his parents, Oscar Ewing and Ruby Lee Good Hay; his spouses, Sue Hargrove and Sonja Hay; his children, Clarence "Skip" Hay and Jana Grant; his grandchildren, Christopher Hay, Brandalyn Reeves, Lindsey Braswell, Justin Hay and Haylee Grant; his great grandchildren, Carter, Jackson, Noah and Ellen; his brother Nelson Hay; and his siblings-in-law, Guy Hargrove (Brenda) and Jimbo Hargrove.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
