It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth B. Abernathy of Forney, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Abernathy and Elvira Abernathy; his sisters, Sue Culpepper and Delores Blackmore; and his nephew Michael Abernathy.

He is survived by: his grandchild Upward; his wife Linda Abernathy; his son John Abernathy (Briana); his grandchildren, Addison and Jack Abernathy; and his brothers, Wayne and Don Abernathy.
