He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Art Amick of Hot Springs and Frances Sublette of Hot Springs. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Amick of San Antonio, TX and Leigh Amick of Forney, TX; his son Jet Wilson Amick (Claire Nettles) of Baton Rouge, LA.; his sister Ashleigh Amick Morgan of Forney, TX; and his grandparents, Patsy Amick of Boerne, TX, Paul, Colleen Johnson of Mountain Home, AR and Ronald Sublette of Hot Springs, AR.. He is also survived by family, along with many more aunts, uncles, cousins.
