He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrell Leroy and Dorothy Mae Randall. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hale; his children, Marsha Hale, Melanie Springer (Scott) and Randall Hale (Maria) of Forney; and his grandchildren, Randall Coleman Hale, BayeLe, Elijah, Nicholas and Haley Springer.
