He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lynn Kay; his children, Donna Michelle Kay Hernandez (Jorge), Michael Anthony Kay (Jessica), Jeremy Matthiessen and Shaun Matthiessen (Christy); and his siblings, Daniel Austin Kay, Connie Kay and Mona Kay Hardwick (Rick). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
