He is survived by: his father Ascencion Ramirez Rivas Jr. (Lupe); his wife Katie Rowe; his sons, Jaxen Ray Rivas, Jace Richard Rivas and Jameson Ascencion Rivas; his sister Carol Hemstreet Hinds (Kimball); his parents-in-law, Nancy and Rich Rowe; his sister-in-law Brittney Smith (Brandon); and his cousin Elizabeth Anne Barrett.
