He is survived by: his parents, Roy Dean and Pat Smith; his sister Debbie; his brother-in-law David Miller; his brother Brent; his sister-in-law Sheri Smith; his sister Tammy Grafa; his sons, Ryan (Kelly Smith) and Zach (Megan Smith); and his grandchildren, Luke, Emma, Bodee and Nate. He is also survived by his sons how to be a loving father and a devoted friend.
