He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover E. Phillips and Sudie Phillips; his wife Jackie Odom; his son Rand Phillips; and his brother Clayton Phillips.
He is survived by: his son Russ Phillips (Jerri) of Arlington; his daughter-in-law Yu Lan Phillips of Arlington; and his grandchildren, Melanie Patterson, Russ A. Phillips and William Salee. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sanger Cemetery (525 McReynolds Rd, Sanger, TX 76266).
