He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Douglas Hartline, Sr. and Margaret Huffman McClary Hartline; his wife Betty Lou Magill Hartline; his daughter Sandra Kay Hartline; his brother A. D. Hartline Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Hartline and James Marshall Magill.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Thomason (Terry); and his sister-in-law Patty Magill.
