He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Huggins and Calvin Huggins Sr.; his sister Evelyn Huggins; and his son Edwin Huggins. He is survived by: his former wife Ann Goldsmith; his wife Theodora Ann Huggins; his sister Darlene Johnston; his sons, Cecil Huggins, Karl Huggins, Gary Huggins and Tim Huggins; and his stepsons, Danny Ferraro and Dwayne Ferraro. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
