It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verlyne Bridges (Floydada, Texas), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ancil Dillard and Thelma Dillard (McCorkle); her spouse Reginald Bridges June; and her siblings, Reta Trousdale and Louis Dillard.
She is survived by: her brother Marvin Dillard of San Diego, CA; and her children, Lowell Bridges of Lubbock, TX, Renee, Fikes of Idalou, TX, Christy Taylor of Plano, TX and Cheryl Cady of Lake Dallas, TX. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be given to Idalou First Baptist Church.
