He was predeceased by: his mother Margie Maxene Brasher Webb; and his brother-in-law Mark Snell. He is survived by: his father Judge Jay Webb; his wife Donna Rae Snell; his sons, Randy L. Webb (Windy Adams Webb) and Robert K. Webb (Audrey Grace Webb); his grandchildren, RayLee and Westin Webb; his brothers, Steve Webb (Paula) of Burleson, Glenn Webb (Lana) of Brownfield and Danny Webb (Susan) of Ozona, Texas; his cousin Robbye Hendrix; his sister-in-law Darolyn Snell; and his nieces and nephews, Misty, Stevie, Niki, Shaylee and Shaybrea. He is also survived by his coworkers, who all became like brothers and family.
Donations may be made in Tracy's memory to the Floydada Volunteer Fire Department, Lockney Volunteer Fire Department or Lockney Senior Citizens.
