He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Chapman and Gladys Chapman; and his siblings, Therman Chapman, Ted Chapman, Bill Chapman, Woodrow Chapman and Wanda Hatley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Williams of Lubbock, TX, Toni Chapman of Shallowater, TX and Tina Russell of Shallowater, TX; his grandchildren, Jordy Williams (Rachel), Macie Williams, Sarah Russell, Anna Russell, Jacob Russell, Averi Chapman and Arynn Hutcherson; his great grandchild Evelyn Norwood; and his sister Ruth Ray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
