We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Morton of Floydada, Texas, born in Graham, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Morton; her parents, J. D. Orr and Gladys Orr (McCann); her sister Sandra House; and her nephew Lance House.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melinda Turner (Kelly) of Lubbock and Julie Ellison (Craig) of Graham; her grandchildren, Alison Turner, Kyler Ellison (Shelby) and Konner Ellison (Emylee); her daughter Avery Willis (Lee); her great grandchildren, Karson, Dallas, Kamreigh, Kreyton, Holden and Kohen; and her siblings-in-law, Jim House and Betty Morton.
She was a very generous and giving person, as she served as a Sunday school teacher, took meals to those in need, served as a volunteer with the American Cancer Society, and was a member of the 1950 Study Club.
