He is survived by: his children, David Mariscal of Lockney, Santos Mariscal Jr. (Mary) of Lockney, Rosa Gonzales (Pete) of Lockney, Aurora Mariscal of El Paso and Irene Higgs (Charlie) of Denver City; and his sisters, Apolonia Villarreal of Florida and Anita Mariscal of Elsa. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
