She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sue Wheeler and Charles Chandler; her children, Rance Pernell (Marijon) of Dougherty, Texas and Reagan Howard (Richard) of Minco, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Aspen, Talon Howard, Drew and Gavin Pernell; and her sisters, Valynda Chandler, LeShay Everett and JanAn Diver. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
