He was predeceased by: his mother Anita. He is survived by: his wife Julie Moore of Floydada; his children, Amber Blades, Nicholas Moore and Jordon Moore; his father Hubert Moore; his stepmother Jeanne Moore of Shamrock; his brothers, Michael Moore of Shamrock and Terry Moore (Hope) of Hooker; his stepsiblings, DeeDee Reeves and Rick Smith of Shamrock; and his grandsons, Mason Blades of Sulphur Springs and Maddox Blades of Sulphur Springs. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
