He was predeceased by: his parents, Demetrio Pesina and Dorotea Pesina (Hernandez); his son Esteban Pesina; and his brothers, Gabino, Pedro, Felipe, Refugio and Eduardo Pesina.
He is survived by: his spouse Domitila Pesina; his children, Israel Pesina, Esperanza Martinez, Yolanda Alvarado, Rosalva Paz, Mireyda Pinon and Juana O. Serrato; and his siblings, Jesus Pesina and Maria Pesina. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, 5 great- great grandchildren.
