She was predeceased by: her husband Ozell Chappell; and her sister Margaret Teague. She is survived by: her children, Kathy (George Lange), Jerry (Darla Chappell) and Judy (Steve Lloyd); and her siblings, Burldera Templeton and Kenneth Huckabee. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
