He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Andrew Campbell, Sr. and Gertie Campbell; and his siblings, Raymond Campbell, Lee Andrew Campbell, Jr., Velma Coleman, Mildred Black, Bobbie Minnitt and Juanita Price.

He is survived by: his children, Althea Green (Eugene, Jr.) and Cornelius Campbell (Lisa); his grandchildren, LaShauntee Wellington, Chance Campbell (Sarah), Chelsea Campbell, Emerald Green and Eugene Green III; his great grandchildren, Andrew Wellington II, Kenyan Campbell, Evelyn Campbell and Elyza Hood; and his siblings, Carrie Davis, Stella Jones, Clarissa Wells and James Campbell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
