He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy McGuire and Joyce McGuire (Dosher); his parents-in-law, Carmel and Lucy Eastham; and his brother Johnny McGuire.

He is survived by: his wife Jodie; his children, Jamie Stice (Justin) and Justin McGuire (Danica); his granddaughters, Emery, Adelyne Stice, Gracyn, Finleigh and Curri McGuire; and his siblings, James McGuire (Peggy), Janet Thetford (Stephen) and Jackie Combs (Donnie).
