We are sad to announce that on April 26, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Glenda K. Kemp of Floydada, Texas, born in Lubbock, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stanley Edwards (Chick) and Georgia Edwards; her son Cory; her great grandchild Jeremiah; her husband Sammy; her sisters, Donna and Reba; her son Joey (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Joseph Kemp, Stephine Van Arsdall, Melena Gonzalez, Ruben Gonzalez, Ashlyn, Andre Renteria, Richard Smith, Alizay Salas, Timothy Smith, Joseph Alexander Kemp, Catharine Johnson, Chance Johnson and Cristin Kemp. She was also cherished by her family as well as all of her friends.
In April of 2001, Sammy and Glenda took over the ownership of The Dixie Dog, together they successfully ran the business until closing due to Covid-19 and going into retirement on March 21, 2020.
