She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Starkey of Washington; her husband Billy Van Cleve; and her mother Mary Malone Starkey. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Martinez and Kelly Van Cleve; and her sisters, Nola Long, Bobbie Hannah and Phillis Gladys. She is also survived by five grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
