She was predeceased by: her mother Santos Sanchez (Isias); her sister Sandra Sanchez; her sister-in-law Maria Guadalupe Sanchez; and her nephew Jorge Sanchez III. She is survived by: her father George Sanchez, Sr.; her sons, Joel Hernandez (Monica Alvidrez Hernandez) of Seminole, Jason Lee Sanchez of Abilene and Juan Carlos Ascencio, Jr. (Lisa) of Floydada; her grandchild Carlitos (Juan Carlos Delafuente); and her siblings, Juan Sanchez of Plainview, Patricia Sanchez (Miguel Alaniz) of Floydada, Oscar Sanchez of Floydada, George Sanchez, Jr. of Plainview, David Sanchez (Minerva Hinojosa) of Corpus Christi and Juanita Sanchez (Juan Melchor, Sr.) of Floydada.
