He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Belle Perkins; and his brothers, Jerry (Nyda) of Florida and Jim (Connie) of Amarillo. He is survived by: his wife Sandy of Silverton; and his daughters, Amy (Bronc) of Silverton and Patti (Clay) of Floydada. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
