He is survived by: his wife Minerva Diaz; his children, Jessica (Juan Gonzalez), Erica Perez (Ray Perez), Ashley Velasquez (Zeke Velasquez), Arianna Diaz, Daniel Diaz (Helen Diaz) and David Diaz (Kenya Diaz); his grandchildren, Devan Perez, Juanito Gonzalez, O'Brian Diaz, Analise Perez, Isabel Gonzalez, Bella Perez, Brandyn Diaz, Siann Diaz, Matthew Diaz, Kash Velasquez, Titus Diaz, Adalynn Perez, Kruz Velasquez and Baby Diaz; and his siblings, Wally Rodriguez, Eloy Rodriguez, Freddy Rodriguez, Francisco Rodriguez, Delma Diaz, Adela Rodriguez, Marivel Rodriguez and Elvira Rodriguez. He is also survived by his brothers and Uncles.
